In my hands is a copy of View Uganda, a magazine with a sturdy foot in tourism. In these very hands, curved into the pages of this magazine,is a list of all the things to do whilst at the Pearl of Africa-Uganda.
Uganda is home to some of the most beautiful birds, animals and features. These have been enhanced by the weather and topography of the country, which are the adulating plateaus, valleys and others.
The government and Uganda Tourism Board (UTB) have been on a major campaign to turn tables around and promote local tourism. This week, the two bodies jointly launched a countrywide movement
Kabale Municipality located in South Western Uganda is one of the old thirteen municipalities in Uganda. Kabale Municipality boarders with Kitumba Sub-County in the South and West, Bubaare in Rubanda district to the north and Kyanamira to the East.
Moroto
Overview
When most people visit Moroto, a small town built along the vast ranges of Mountain Moroto, they can't help but fall in love with it.
It is one of the few places in Africa that offers the best of both worlds: The rich authentic culture of yesterday's Africa and, the pleasures that come with modernity; fancy hotels, cellphones and ATMs and internet cafes. It is difficult to access as it is over 500 kilometers from Kampala, but even more so to leave. Its population is 103,432.
Life on the Moroto streets
As you take a stroll on its spacious streets, most of which feature buildings built in the post-colonial times, your ears will be confronted with a hectic mix of foreign languages.
She is the world's foremost expert on chimpanzees with 55-years’ experience in the study of their social and family interactions. Dr. Jane Goodall is her name and guess what!! She visited Uganda last week to grace the 20th anniversary of Ngamba Island (Thursday 07th/06/2018).

Fast forward, Ngamba is a sensational island in Lake Victoria that is endowed with a secondary forest. It is an inviting fully fledged travel destination that is home to over 48 chimpanzees. They were orphaned from different parts of tropical Africa.
